Please allow us a 2-7 days dispatching, includes collecting, packing and domestic custom clearing.We use International Express Service for all international deliveries. The orders usually are dispatched within 48 hours from the order date. After the goods are dispatched, we will provide you a tracking number for tracking online immediately.

cancellation & modification

1, order cancellation and modify are accepted within 12 hours ONLY,For the cancellation orders,we can give you full refund.

2,More than 12 hours,you can't modify your order, if you want to cancel your order before our dispatch,25% cancellation fee applies.only the balance refund shall be for you, Shipped orders cannot be cancelled.Hope you can understand. Thank you

REPLACE

1,If there is an error about Color, size or style needs to be replaced ,please contact us within 15 days after you receiving your order,or We don't accept the replacement

2, The goods can be exchanged under the circumstances of unuesd and in the original condition with all the original packaging and labels.

3, Before returning the goods, please ask us for the return address. If the parcel were lost due to the incorrect address,then we would neither replace your order nor any compensation. After returning,you should provide us the tacking number and trackable website.We strongly recommend that you use traceable shipping. If your goods lose on the road, you can trace the shipping company. For overseas orders this process sometimes can take up to 30 days.

4,Any extra cost for the replacement should be on the purchaser.

5,If the customer's products is out of stock within the ETD, our customer service staff will contact you for replacement. The replacement of products beyond the original product price less than 6% may be acceptable.


Return

1,If the products have Serious flaws,please contact us immediately with sufficient evidence which means the pictures,we can reship your order immediatly, but we can't accept full refund

2,If customer requires returning, please contact us within 7 days of delivery, and tell us the reasonable reasons

3, If it is Man-made damage, we don't accept returns.

4,Before returning the goods, please ask us for the return address. If the parcel were lost due to the incorrect address,We will not arrange the reshipment

5,As the client is not at home, or provide the incorrect address, whichcaused that the goods could not be delivered,Goods have been forced to return back, We will not accept requests for a full refund.If customers are willing to prepay the reshipping freight, we will arrange reshipment immediately after we receive the parcel.


6,If Customer take the initiative to refuse parcel,and don't tell us the reason , reaching an agreement ,We will not accept requests for a full refund.If the goods can be successfully returned, we will deduct  postage,refund the remaining.

Refund

1,If goods have Slight defects,and you have Sufficient evidence, but it doesn't affect the normal use, we can give you a partial refund as compentation.

2,If the products have Serious flaws with Sufficient evidence, while the reshipment is without an enforceable circumstance (such as item out of stock, the carrier won’t ship to that area any more),we will arrange full refund.

3,All the  partial refund,if your credit card company doesn't support a partial refund ,we will refund to your paypal account.

4,if you have no paypal account,Please contact customer service staff tell them  other acceptable refund methods,

5,If customer can't receive tracking number after 25 days, Maybe System errors  resulting from a missing order,we can give you full refund under the circumstances of the customer's request.
